The Olympus 60mm f/2.8 M. Zuiko Macro ED is a 1:1 close-up photography lens designed for Micro Four Thirds digital cameras.

It's ideal for close-up photography. Because it's a super sharp fast lens with a slightly long focal length there are also many potential uses at distance.

This 60mm (35mm equivalent of 120mm) lens is part of the Olympus M. Zuiko line, offering exceptional build and optics.

To reduce lens aberrations and color fringing, the lens has been designed with one Extra-High Refractive index (E-HR) element and two high refractive index (HR) elements. All 13 lens elements are covered by Olympus's Zuiko Extra-Low Reflective Optical (ZERO) coating, adapted from the Olympus industry-leading line of precision microscopes, for improved contrast with virtual elimination of ghosts and flares.

The superb splash and dust-proof lens offers up 1:1 reproduction ratio magnification and an internal focusing system that will not change the length of the lens which is extremely important when shooting macro photography. The quiet Movie & Still Compatible (MSC) lens drive system delivers superior auto-focus and ensures fast and virtually silent performance; particularly important for the videographer shooting HD movies.
