Sony E 30mm f/3.5 OSS lens is designed to offer versatile, high-performance macro capabilities with a true 1:1 macro ratio. The internal focusing lens employs Optical SteadyShot to counteract blur caused by camera shake during hand-help shooting.
The E lens has a unique lens design, found in all α lenses, that keeps the aperture almost perfectly circular from it wide-open setting to when it is closed by 2 stops for a more smoother natural defocusing result. Incorporating three aspherical and one extra dispersion lens elements to reduce spherical aberration and chromatic aberration to deliver superior contrast and quality across the entire image field.
